Terms of Use

1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using the Tijara Track application ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the App. These terms apply to all users of the App, including the account owner and any staff accounts created under it.

2. Description of Service

Tijara Track is a sales, inventory, and purchase management application designed for shopkeepers and small businesses in Pakistan. The App is available on Windows, macOS, and Android platforms. Features vary by plan (Basic, Pro, or Enterprise) as described on our pricing page.

3. Licensing & Ownership

Upon payment of the one-time setup fee, you are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the App on the number of devices specified by your plan. You do not own the software itself — you own the right to use it. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or reverse-engineer the App or any part of it.

4. Payment Terms

  • A one-time setup fee is required to activate your chosen plan. Monthly installment options are available for Pro and Enterprise plans.
  • After the first year, an annual maintenance fee applies to continue receiving updates, new features, and support. This fee can be paid annually or monthly depending on your plan.
  • All prices are in Pakistani Rupees (Rs) and are subject to change with prior notice.
  • Payments are processed via bank transfer, JazzCash, Easypaisa, or other methods communicated by our team.

5. Data Ownership & Privacy

  • Your data (sales, purchases, inventory, customers, expenses) belongs entirely to you.
  • You may export your data at any time from within the App.
  • For Basic plan users: all data is stored locally on your device. We do not have access to it.
  • For Pro and Enterprise plan users: data is synced to our secure cloud servers for backup and cross-device access. We will never sell, share, or use your business data for any purpose other than providing the service to you.
  • We will never delete your data. Even if your subscription lapses, your data remains accessible for export.

6. User Accounts & Access

  • Each plan includes one owner account. Staff accounts are available on Pro (1 staff) and Enterprise (2 staff) plans.
  • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and pin code.
  • You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account, including actions taken by staff accounts.
  • We reserve the right to suspend accounts that are used for fraudulent or illegal activities.

7. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the App for any unlawful purpose or in violation of Pakistani law.
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our servers or other users' data.
  • Share your license or account with individuals or businesses not covered by your plan.
  • Use the App to store or transmit malicious software or harmful content.
  • Reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the App.

8. Service Availability

We strive to maintain 99.9% uptime for our cloud services. However, we do not guarantee uninterrupted access and are not liable for any downtime or data loss caused by factors beyond our control, including but not limited to internet outages, hardware failures, or natural disasters. The App is designed to work offline, so core functionality remains available even without an internet connection.

9. Updates & Maintenance

The annual maintenance fee covers software updates, bug fixes, new features, and technical support. We reserve the right to modify, add, or remove features at any time. Major changes will be communicated in advance via WhatsApp or email.

10. Limitation of Liability

Tijara Track is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or business opportunities. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the App in the twelve months preceding the claim.

11. Termination

  • You may stop using the App at any time. Your data remains available for export.
  • We may terminate or suspend your access if you violate these terms or engage in activity that harms our service or other users.
  • Upon termination, your license to use the App is revoked, but your data remains yours to export.

12. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan. Any disputes arising from the use of the App shall be resolved through mutual consultation first, and if unresolved, through the courts of Lahore, Pakistan.

13. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Continued use of the App after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
